My team and I spent 2 days with KR+H Cabinetmakers. The amount of talent in their building is beyond measure. Several times I witnessed craftsmen debating 1/2 of a millimeter to make sure things fit perfectly.
Designer and partner Alan updating the clients on progress on their project.
Clients meeting with the architects and site foreman to tweak details.
Measure twice. Cut once. Installers confirming door opening before trimming wood.
Installers team up to make the most accurate cut possible.
This is also where I learned the hard way that inhaling a mouth full of sawdust is not a good substitute for lunch.
Two craftsmen prepare parts to be cut on a CNC machine before they are moved off to finishing.
Some finishing tools.
Finishing some cabinets with a clean coat of paint in KR+H’s custom spray booth. The whole room is slightly pressurized so dust (sawdust) cannot flow in; only out.
More spray booth.
