I sat down this morning to write a blog post about some new things we have added to the studio. Then the news came in. In a 5-4 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Obergefell V. Hodges. States may no longer refuse to license same sex marriages. One day soon, maybe we will just call them Marriages instead of Same-Sex Marriages.
Today, I missed my uncle. He lived in San Francisco with a man we called Uncle Michael. They never had the chance to get married.
Uncle Dave died in 1986. Today, almost 30 years later, he would have been proud.
